At this stage, ALCIOM help you to define strictly the technical requirements of the product : functional specifications of course, but also performance specifications, normative constraints, and economic and industrial constraints. This action, using a checklist developed by ALCIOM, is essential to focus the following steps.

To realize a technical and cost feasibility study of the concept
|
On the basis of the technical requirements, ALCIOM gives analyse the difficulty level of the project, defines the optimal technological solutions and the technical or economic risks of its realization. The objective is to help you to validate quickly the feasibility of your project.

To develop a full electronic architecture breakdown of the product
|
At this stage, ALCIOM studies in details the features of the product and design an optimal electronic architecture. This includes a research for the most adequate technological solutions (digital/analog frontier, communication protocols, etc) as well as a detailled proposal for the main electronic components. The deliverable is a block-diagram of the future product, along with an energy and cost evaluation.

If needed, ALCIOM can stay with you during the next steps of the developments, either as a turnkey design and validation (if we know the technological solutions), as a subcontracted R&D service (if the technological solutions are not yet proven), or as a project management assistance if you do the project on your own or with your existing partner.
