| Robert Lacoste is graduated from Paris' Ecole Polytechnique and ENSEEIHT engineering school. He has 20 years of experience in electronics, real time systems and telecommunications. CTO of ALCIOM during 5 years, he has then joined NORTEL as operation and R&D/PLM director before founding ALCIOM in 2003. Robert is contributing editor to Circuit Cellar magazine and author of numerous publications. |

| Yannick Avelino has joined ALCIOM in 2005. He is graduated in Electronics, optics and telecommunications from Limoge University and is a diplomed engineer from CNAM. Yannick is particularly expert in RF architectures, microwaves, analog systems, signal processing and power devices. |
| Thomas Demarne has joined ALCIOM in 2006. He is an ESME/SUDRIA gratuate engineer, and is specialized in digital systems and radio frequency, protocols of communication, fast electronics and embedded software. |
| Rachel Craveiro has joined ALCIOM in 2009 and is administrative and commercial assistant for the team. |
| Paul Rousseau has joined ALCIOM in 2010. He is an Engineer Trainee in Electronics and Telecommunications. |
